The most likely reason is that your files use compressed headers:<div><a href="http://www.matroska.org/news/compressed-headers.html">http://www.matroska.org/news/compressed-headers.html</a></div><div><br></div><div><a href="http://www.matroska.org/news/compressed-headers.html"></a>mkclean comes with a program called "mkWDclean"  which will automatically remove this compression so that it works in some incompatible players like the WDTV:</div>

I download films as MKV to play it using a player called Western Digital HD Player. but some files there is no audio however when  played via the laptop there is audio..<br>
