[Matroska-users] Streaming from MKV file not working in Chrome

Chrome handle only a few codecs. And among those it may not allow them
in Matroska. I know Firefox can handle H264 but not from Matroska.
What you want is to use WebM and so use codecs that are possible with
WebM: VP8 and VP9 (and later AV1).
