[Matroska-users] Off topic - Edit Dial-Norm metadata

Sorry - I know this is off topic, but does anyone know how to correct
incorrect dial-norm settings on a DTS or Dolby Digital encoding?

I believe one can just edit the metadata in the stream... are there tools
that let you do this?
