I agree that the problem is with the file. But the file was made using BD-
Rebuilder which uses the Haali Splitter. If I use an earlier version say 01-11-
2009 there is no problem. In fact, the authors of both BD-Rebuilder and 
multiAVCHD recommend the usage of the 01-11-2009 version. I don't feel 
comfortable using such an old version. That is why I brought up the problem 
here.
