I may be a bit numb but what would the mkvmerge command line look like?

I've actually done this before. Mux the sub file like any other subtitle, then attach the IDX file. VLC and MPlayer like that just fine.

I am trying to mux idx and sub files into matroska. I have the Matroska video and idx/sub subtitles separate and they play fine. However, I would like to have them together instead. I use the multiplex GUI and it will only let me pick the IDX file. When I try to play back, MPlayer and VLC player recognize subtitle track but MPlayer checkes and says:

D:\Video\Action\Apocalypse Now.mkv::Audio

VLC seems to play fine. Am I missing something?
