Ahh, sorry about that. I forgot about LiVES. Either way, it'd be nice to see more support across a wider range of applications. I certainly wouldn't feel put upon if my XBox 360 could suddenly play MKVs. ;)

LiVES has had matroska support for over 2 years now.
The link I posted earlier for videos contains original (not converted) clips.
There is also an original mkv I made as a demo (x264/vorbis) here:
