Should theoretically work out of the box. If it doesn't, you can take a crack with VLC (http://www.videolan.org) and see if the works. But if your video isn't playing right, chances are your system is too slow. Most High Def streams are encoded with H.264 which uses a fair large amount of CPU cycles, and if you're getting stuttering, pretty much your only solution is a hardware upgrade (faster, maybe even multi-core CPU ought to do the job).
