hi,

I'm trying to playback footage from a Sony PMW-EX1 using haali media
splitter for the demuxing part. Files from the camera are in mp4 format,
with mpeg2 compressed video and uncompressed pcm audio (48000hz, 16-bit
signed big-endian). Video works just fine, but the haali filter doesn't
seem to recognize the audio stream. Ffmpeg describes the format as
following:

Input #0, mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2, from 'pmw-ex1-1080i-9-seconds.mp4':
  Duration: 00:00:09.6, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 36660 kb/s
    Stream #0.0(eng): Video: mpeg2video, yuv420p, 1920x1080 [PAR 1:1 DAR
16:9],
35000 kb/s, 25.00 tb(r)
    Stream #0.1(eng): Audio: pcm_s16be, 48000 Hz, stereo, 1536 kb/s

I'd really appreciate any input on why it fails to demux that particular
pcm audio stream and if there's any chance this will get support from haali.

A 10 second sample clip (43MB) can be downloaded from
http://signal7.de/download/pmw-ex1-1080i-9-seconds.mp4

thanks,
