NO

AVI is an old, outdated piece of shit and still only being used for its wide
spread support. Such a converter can not be made, because AVI cant hold more
than 20% of the audio and video streams which are possible to be put into a
MKV ...... BTW, thats why MKV has been invented in the first place, to
replace good old AVI ;-) ...
