Two solutions.

Get VLC, and use it's Streaming/Transcoding wizard. Uncheck each of  
the transcoding boxes. Select destination container, give it a file  
name, and let it go.

Go to http://mplayerhq.hu and get MPlayer for Windows. Install it,  
and open up a Command Prompt (cmd.com). Change directory (cd) to  
wherever your video is, and enter this command:
mencoder -ovc copy -oac copy (input file name) -o (output file name).avi
I'd trust MPlayer/MEncoder to give you a better result, but it's your
