[Matroska-users] remuxing chapters to an existing mkv file

You have to untick the checkbox for the old set of chapter information 
in mmg.exe before muxing the new file. Alternatively, you may use 
avi-mux GUI from Alexnoe (http://alexnoe.matroska.org), allowing to view 
the chapter structure of your file very nicely before muxing.
