Up until I saw this my theory was that DVDSanta was choking because  
the resolution was TOO high (some earlier versions of programs like  
Toast had issues with that), but I guess not.

The only similarity I can find between the two is that they both use  
H.264 video streams. Have you successfully burned any H.264 videos  
before? Because it might just be an issue with your codec.
