[Matroska-users] mkv on mac?

i have beentrying to play .mkv files on my imac for ages now. VLC and 
Mplayer dont work, or simply dont have the right codecs.
Im guessing the codecs i found didnt work because they were only windows os 
compatible.
can you help at all?
