Hi.

It's "CHAPTER01=..." and "CHAPTER01NAME=...". Yes, case does matter in
this case. However, you can also use mkvmerge's gui (mmg) and the
built-in chapter editor which can create chapters, save them in the OGM
or XML format or directly to an existing Matroska file.
> Using the following commands:
> --chapter-language "eng" --chapters "Times.txt"
This is correct.
