Hi, i have just tried to configure/compile mkvtoolnix-0.7.9 on
FreeBSD4.8, and had some problem:
...........................
checking for egrep... grep -E
checking for ANSI C header files... yes
checking whether the byte order is big-endian... no
checking if being compiled with mingw32... no
checking for iconv... no, consider installing GNU libiconv
*** The iconv library is needed but could not be found.
*** Please install it and re-run configure.
...........................
but i do have iconv installed, i have /usr/local/bin/iconv
/usr/local/lib/libiconv.a, libiconv.so, libiconv.so.3 and
/usr/local/include/iconv.h. The config.log is as follows:
...........................
configure:4223: checking for iconv
configure:4250: gcc -o conftest conftest.c >&5
conftest.c:13: iconv.h: No such file or directory
