[Matroska-general] Can I append video to a file "in-place"? If so, any tips on how to do it?

I am not a dev myself, just admin, but i am 100% this is possible if the
appended video has the same number of tracks and codecs. Of course, you need
to change the header of the MKV file accordingly.
