[Matroska-general] libmatroska 0.8.1 released

Hey developers & maintainers,

I've released libmatroska 0.8.1 today. The only real addition is support
for the "CodecState" element. It will be required for future mkvtoolnix
builds.

You can download the source code from
http://dl.matroska.org/downloads/libmatroska/libmatroska-0.8.1.tar.bz2

Binary packages for various Linux distributions will be available from
my home page ( http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/ ) shortly.
