Given how ogg sucks at video (think about seeking, chapters or tagging) 
it's probably a bad news that it's been chosen when Matroska is 
supported on most OSS platforms.

Ogg is not the official format for Dirac, it's MXF.

Yes, it's been discussed on GStreamer. They tried to submit some 
projects and got rejected.
