[Matroska-general] mkvtoolnix 0.8.3 released

Heya,

it's been a couple of days since 0.8.2, and here's 0.8.3. A lot has
changed internally, and I hope I haven't broken too many things ;) So
far there have been really useful bug reports, so I hope it's ok. This
release features bug fixes and new features, though these aren't
major. Please read the ChangeLog (see below) for a full explanation.

	should help with files/sections in which are only few keyframes.

	splitting. The resulting files will always be a little bit larger
	than the desired size/length, but this shouldn't matter.
