[Matroska-devel] libMatroska v1.6.1 released

Hey,

here's a new release of libMatroska, v1.6.1, which fixes a single problem:
the new class KaxBlockAddIDValue is not mandatory in the specs, but it was
in the previous libMatroska release.

The library is both API- and ABI-compatible with the previous release,
v1.6.0.
