[Matroska-devel] libEBML 1.3.8 and libMatroska 1.5.1 released

Hey,

unfortunately this libebml release is seriously bugged regarding symbol
visibility when building as shared libraries and/or in release mode. We're
trying to fix things soonish, and you can expect a new release
afterwards. For the time being please stay with libebml 1.3.7 and
libmatroska 1.5.0.
