I am not sure what you are trying to do, but the source for libmatroska
can be found here [1] it can also be downloaded here [2] and for libembl
here [3] which can also be downloaded here [4].

Well those aren't the binaries, but they can be created from those
sources. Since you appear to be saying that you are a developer you
could know how to build them yourself.
