[Matroska-devel] Apple ProRes

After discussion the best is to use one codec ID for all : V_PRORES
And the fourcc in use in MOV for each profile will be the codec
private. This way new profiles can be added and existing codec mapping
will work without changes.

The content of each Frame remains as described below.
