I was just coming here to post the exact same thing I use MediaCenter 2005 for my HTPC and its absolutely impossible to view the mkv files just because i cannot change the audio and subtitles options with some keyboard shortcut to toggle/switch audio and subtitles. please please add this as an option, it will save us!! thank you.
