[Matroska-devel] will mkv muxers ever support chaptertrack(number)?

[insomniac]

i have an mkv movie with two video tracks. the second of them only makes sense 
within just a few chapters. so i need to have a way to enforce the main video 
track and disable the other one throughout the rest of the movie.

apart from using chaptertrack(number) i understand i could use a control track 
for this. but is it really doable with the tools that we have at the present 
moment?
