Here is another problem with current linear encoding systems: IBP frames.

[A# IPBBBBBBB][B# IPBBBBIPBBBB][D# BBIPBBBBB]
               [C# IPBBBBBBBBBB]
                          ^
PlayingB:       This P frame is used in D#
                    ^
PlayingC:       This P frame is used in D#

So when encoding, even the main track has to enforce scene changes at 
angle boundaries. Yes, multi-angle support is *evil* :)
