"The actual block format is trivial. It starts with the 32-byte header 
(typedef WavpackHeader). This header starts with "wvpk" and includes the 
exact length of the block (minus 8, I think, to match that stupid RIFF 
standard).."

So We can strip that and directly mux the rest in the frame.
This is the same format for .wvc files (complement file when hybrid mode 
is used)
