The other way around - everyone can use it. LGPL'ed code MAY be linked
to non-(L)GPL'ed code. GPL'ed code may not be used inside and may not be
linked to non-(L)GPL'ed code. Exception are system libraries (e.g. the C
runtime libs on Windows or the Quicktime libs on MacOS).


If Darl McBride was in charge, he'd probably make marriage
unconstitutional too, since clearly it de-emphasizes the commercial
