Yes, actually the sources were hosted on CoreCodec before it got down.

Toff has a working filter to encode/decode TTA in TTA files and 
Matroska. We are waiting for support in mkvmerge before we release it 
(and hopefully hoped to have CoreCodec up sooner or later).
