[Matroska-devel] Freeze 1.

Hi,

As there is a considerable amount of pressure ;) to push for a freeze of 
the Matroska specs to version 1. I added 2 elements that should be 
mandatory for playback. It will allow better Control Track support and 
hide some content, especially hiding the menus by default to 1. 
compliant players.

The 2 elements have been added to the chapter spec, the main spec and 
the libmatroska code.

ChapterFlagHidden allow to hide some menu items to the user. It should 
be very helpful fro Control Tracks to jump to positions that the user 
has no need to know.

ChapterFlagEnabled allow to disactivate a part of a movie. It can be for 
some given tracks or all tracks. When it's all tracks, the content 
should be skipped and be made inaccessible to the user (until it's 
activated somewhere, namely by a Control Track). That's a good way to 
hide the menu content from 1.-compliant-only matroska players. This 
feature support is *mandatory in all cases* !
