Hi David,

I was wondering if block_index and total_samples can be removed from 
each frame and be set to 0 when recovering the "original" file. Will it 
impact playback ? Using your libraries.

If needed we can try to regenerate them when extracting the data from 
Matroska. Even when the data has been cut/edited...
