First AVI -> mkv, then mkv + mkv ? Could you also try AVI + AVI
One problem is that those AVIs are not really meant to be
concatenated. I'm focusing on having good results with files splitted
with mkvmerge's --split option.
If Darl McBride was in charge, he'd probably make marriage
unconstitutional too, since clearly it de-emphasizes the commercial
nature of normal human interaction, and probably is a major impediment
