Well, KaxCodecPrivate for audio != WAVEFORMATEX !!!!!!

It is only the case when the audio stream comes from an unknown (/known) an AVI
file or WAV file. For all the other cases KaxCodecPrivate for audio is something
different, sometimes nothing (like for MPEG Audio Layer I/II/III).
