[Matroska-users] Splitting problem with mkvMergeGUI v2.9.9 Tutu ?

Enabling splitting "...after timecodes:" does not seem to work properly.
I'm trying to stop at a specific point and it seems to "quantize" the values
I enter in some unknown way.  For example I've tried splitting with the
second format like 31s or 30s.  The problem is that I get EXACTLY the same
thing with 31s or 3.0s.  File size is exactly the same.

Am I missing something?
