[Matroska-users] Auto chapters

I want Matroska (or mkvmerge/GUI) to insert chapter points every x
minutes/seconds into my output file. How do I best do this? I have no
existing chapter points I could extract (TV recording) but I'd like them in
there for reasons of navigation.

Is there another tool I can use? Or do I have to roll my own to write a
chapters file?
