[Matroska-users] I need help

Hi, I'm a mexican guy who need some help with Matroska.

First, sorry about my enlish, I'm learning.

I just bough a multimedia external hard disk and i'ts suppossed to support .mkv files, here is the link :

I have some .mkv movies, and already copy this files on my hard disk. This device detect the files but when I try to play the movie, appears this messagge: INVALID FILE!!

In the Internet I can find a lot of information about video playback matroska on PC, but I don't know how to make it work on my multimedia HDD. I hope you guys can help me, or just give me a clue, so I can fix the problem. Thanks a lot.
