But if someone needed the Cues at the beginning (for HTTP download...)
what would be the problem of waiting for the second remux?
I think this can be a nice feature to have since other mp4 container
tools (even QuickTime fast start option) have the chance to choose to
place all the metadata and indexes at the beginning.
