You either have to get a tool to manage your various streams for Media
Center - or - use MKV MergeGUI to remux it without the streams you don't
want...

Hi - I have an .mkv version of a movie and the picture quality is brilliant,
so I don't want to have to convert it to another format if I don't have to,
but when I play it in Media Centre, I have the director's commentary, which
I can't see how to get rid of! Also. It won't seem to play at all in
PowerDVD. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks
