[Matroska-users] Problem

hi,

I am trying to play mkv files from a dvd. but the movie stucks, it plays for
few minutes and then it stops again and again and restarts. I tried to look
for the solution. I found info about your
tool,matroskadiag.exe<http://www.matroska.org/%7Etoff/MatroskaDiag.exe>.
when i tried to download it the link was broken

please suggest me some solution and also upload the tool at right location.
