[Matroska-users] mka on Linux

I'm using matroska a long time, but I always had some scruple to store
my CD collection as mka. 

Is there a possibility to make one mka file from several songs and more
importantly a way to extract a single file after it with Rhythmbox or
something like Nautilus. The last is essential because I have to copy
single files on my MP3-Player and I'm not willing to use mkvextract
every time instead of drag and drop my music in Rhythmbox.
