[Matroska-users] dvd <-> mkv on linux

Hello!

I don't know, if there is any need for this, or if only windows user
always ask for dvd conversion.

I have a nice script, that makes the conversion dvd->mkv with several
features:

video: xvid, x264, lavc
audio: 	5.1: ac3, aac (nero wine), copy
	stereo: mp3, ogg, aac (faac, nero, 3ggp), copy
subtitles: sub, srt	

If anyone find this useful, I can upload it. But you have to modify a
few things, if it should work on your PC ;)

The other thing, mkv->dvd, I have never needed, because there are enough
video cards with TV out!
But on Linux it shouldn't be very hard, mencoder is your friend.
So if this is a big point on a whish list, I can also write a script for
this.
