Gues i wasnt so clear about it. No, i dont want to make identical files with
diferent content. I wish to create identical files with identical content.
So ewerytime when you mux same file with same setings you get a file that is
exactly the same. And i think that if we could predefine numbers that are at
random, than it would be posible.
Besides making UID's predefined make easer selecting targets for tags. So it
would be also a good thing for mkv muxing (no need to create multiple xml
files, there would be 1, global with all settings).
