I'm using Vista (SP. 1). I'm having problem with generating thumbnail, every time I open the folder which has .mkv files while generating the thumbnail for .mkv files my explorer crashes. If any reason I get the thumbnail for the .mkv video it's always black no picture in it. How can I fix it?
