I've solved :) the problem is caused by ffdshow audio settings, not by Haali Matroska Splitter; the audio decoder for for mpeg I layer 3 and mpeg I layer 1 & 2 streams is (separately) libmad by default switching to mp3lib the problem is disappeared (so is the current libmad library unable to decode them) bye ;)
