I updated to the latest Haali splitter a few days ago, but have just discovered this morning that all MKV and MP4 support is now broken on my Windows 2000 SP4 system. Attempting to play any files now results in a CLASS NOT REGISTERED error. I had seen the "dropping 9x support" in the changelog, but as Windows 2000 is an NT 5.0 system, rather than 9x, I didn't think much about it until things stopped working. Is there a possibility of posting the previous (June) version of the splitter back on the site for those of us that can't use the new one? Or maybe updating the changelog to explicitly mention 2000 as being dropped? Or better yet, fix it to work with 2000 again? I've appreciated the work done on this splitter up until now, but am unwilling to spend the money to upgrade my two computer systems just for this one piece of software.
Thanks,
Charles N Hoff
