[Matroska-devel] Matroska Splitter Build 1.7.189.22 Does not Work on Windows 2000

The change log only says Windows 95 is not supported.  Is Windows 2000 also
dropped?

The problem seems to be in the DLL "mkx.dll".  I am now running with all the
files from build 1.7.189.22 except "mkx.dll" which i retained from
build 1.7.189.11.  Whenever I copy the build 1.7.189.22 "mkx.dll" over,
opening any media file with the splitter fails with a
"class not registered" error.
