[Matroska-devel] Using library for moving section

Hi all,

I'm posting here to ask for an advice.

I would like to move a section (in my case the Cues) right after the
Segment Information and Segment tracks.

I'm starting from a already multiplexed matroska file.

I just need some tips how to do that, what library to use and some
generic steps to follow to achieve that.
