[Matroska-devel] problem with AAC-in-Matroska

Hey,

here's a mkvtoolnix build that supports such files. For "normal" and
"SBR" AAC (read: for AAC with 2 or 5 bytes decoder_config) it'll use the
old CodecIDs. For other stuff it'll use A_AAC and put the decoder_config
into CodecPrivate.
